Tub and Tile Cleaner

In the past when I cleaned the bathroom, I would leave the room with a massive headache because of all the strong smells that were found in the cleaning products. To solve the problem I make my own bathroom cleaner and I do not put scents in it. Here is a great Tub and Tile Cleaner recipe:

Ingredients:
1- 2/3 cup baking soda
½ cup unscented liquid soap (Castille, Dr. Bronner's, etc)
½ cup water
2 Tbs vinegar
Essential oils as desired for scent - peppermint, eucalyptus, pine or lemon
16oz squeeze bottle

His reduction plans include the elimination of the Bureau of Naturopathic Medicine, the licensing body for Naturopathic Doctor. In the absence of the Bureau, some other Government agency would be required to oversee ND licensure, or Naturopathic Doctors would not be able to stay in practice.

Peppermint - Mentha piperita

Since candy canes are abundant during the holidays, I figured it was an appropriate time to talk about peppermint. However, I do not suggest you eat candy canes to get the benefits of peppermint. Peppermint tea or infusion are two easy ways of getting the benefits of this wonderful herb.
