Just A Great, And Quick, Yoga Class To Start Your Day!

We all know the importance of exercise, and it's wonderful health benefits, but often it is hard to find the time to do it. Yoga is one of my favorite ways to treat the body, but I don't often do it because I think that I need to do an hour, or more. I especially enjoy doing it in the morning as it is a great way for me to start my day. However, getting ready for work, and doing yoga do not always coincide.

I had been looking for a yoga practice that could be a great way to start my day without making me have to get up too much earlier than I already do. So while searching YouTube, I found this wonderful 30 Day Yoga Challenge by Erin Motz. Her less than 20 minute daily routine has been my morning ritual.
