What is the single best drink for your health? Well, it's water of course.

Dr. Mike Evans has another great video about what we should be drinking on a daily basis. This beverage has been the subject of several of my other blogs, but the message hasn’t changed. I understand California is in a drought but your bodies need to be hydrated for it to function properly. Our immune system, cardiovascular health, bowel movements, energy, and electrolyte balance are just a few of the important things this beverage helps with. Remember to hydrate well, and often, with plenty of WATER!
