This is a great raw foods recipe, that is rich in antioxidants.

1 cup wild rice
2 Hass avocados
1 small red onion
1 small red bell pepper
¼ lime: the juice
½ tsp cilantro, dried
¾ tsp kelp (sea seasoning)
Sprigs of oregano
Cayenne to taste

Thoroughly rinse the wild rice and soak, covered in the refrigerator, for at least 48 hours. You should change out the water daily.

Mash the avocados. Mince the onion and pepper, and add it to the smashed avocado. Mix all ingredients together.
